Research has shown that Self-Compassion makes you more resilient, less anxious and more motivated. In this workshop you will use meditation, yoga, breath work and journaling to experience, understand and work with Self Compassion. You will leave with one of the best tools there is to feel taken care of, supported and loved from within. Bring your journal, not experience needed and all levels welcome.
This series will kick off with an in person workshop and will continue with weekly guidance via email and a weekly check in via zoom.
