The Program
In this 16 hour sculpt training for 200-hour certified yoga instructors or certified fitness professionals, you will deepen into dynamics of breath, physical yoga postures, strength training exercises, cueing to muscle focus, intentionally sequencing, theming, and building playlists for your classes.
In this 2 day program, you will learn a template sculpt sequence by breaking it down to explore the depth of breath, alignment, anatomical intention, and muscle activation of each pose. Through physical exploration and practice teaching, we invite you to deepen your awareness of our bodies, grow as a student and expand your teaching skills. Join us on this journey of self discovery, awaken your creativity, and empower your voice within a supportive community.

Meet Your Trainers
Jenna Henderson
Jenna is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga. She has been teaching in the Greater Boston area since 2014 and brought Yoga Sculpt to LPY in 2022. Jenna has experienced how a holistic combination of movement, meditation and breathwork has the capacity to improve all aspects of life and is passionate about sharing these gifts with others. She completed her 200-hour training with Corepower and her 500-hour training with Down Under School of Yoga. Outside of movement practices, she is a digital project manager for a biotech organization. @jennahenderson___
Kenzie Travers
Kenzie is an experienced leader and yoga instructor in the Boston community. She has facilitated 5 sculpt and four 200-hour programs, supporting the training and growth of over 250 instructors during her 7 years of yoga studio management. She loves teaching heated vinyasa and yoga sculpt. Through self study and exploration of grief yoga, meditation, herbal medicine and female body literacy embodiment practices, Kenzie is passionate about supporting others in embodying the strength of softening and empowering your boldest self through movement, breathwork and intentional healing space. @kenzietravv
