Late Cancel / No Show Policies

Pre - Registration is Required

While it is possible to drop in to the studio without pre registration we highly prefer you create an account and pre register from home so we are able to make the check in process as smooth as possible.. Please be sure to visit the website and pre register and pay before class.

Late Cancel/No Show Consideration Fee

*If you do not cancel your class online at least 3 hours before class begins you will forfeit your class.

*Monthly Unlimited members will be charged a $15 no show fee*.

The sooner you can cancel your reservation the better for everyone, it will move people up into the class from the waitlist.

Please understand that this fee is necessary to help us remain in business at this time. Every spot counts.

*Annual & auto renew members will receive 1 grace pass a month. You must email us within 2 hours of the missed class to request it.

You must cancel online using our website or our app. PLEASE NOTE: We can not accept cancellation requests via phone or email.

Use The Waitlist - It Works!

With this new policy in place the waitlist will work efficiently. So, don't be scared off by a full class. Simply put your name on the waitlist. You will be notified up to 1 hour before the class if you can join.

If you are moved into a class within 3 hours of the class then we expect you are coming into class. If you don't show the late cancel/no show penalty will apply.

You can cancel yourself off the waitlist at any time without penalty (please note though if you have been moved into a class within 3 hours you will need to come in order to avoid late charge/no show penalties).
