You’re may have started to fall in love with the Chakra’s or Ayurveda in your 200 hour but there is SO much more to learn. Energetics are an important piece to the teaching puzzle and we spend a lot of time exploring how energetics affect ourselves in our 200 hour but during this weekend we will ask you to dive deeper and get really knowledgeable helping others understand the nuance of energy. You will walk away feeling confident and informed about how to sequence using different principles rooted in Ayurveda and the chakra system.
