Each day of the week we will provide you with a class that is meant to keep you strong!
Your videos will be a mix between yoga, barre, HITT, Yin & Restorative (part of being strong is knowing how to recover)

Our strength starter kit is available as a rental kit from the studio (we will need back at the end of the 30 days)

Access To A LIVE Restorative Class
You will be working hard and making changes! Your treat will be a delightful 75 minutes of restorative, restful yoga.
Class will be the last Sunday of each month at 8pm.
