Join Sarah Clark and Julie O’Melia for a Pilates/Yoga pop up class! This class 75- minute class will fuse the stabilizing and core focused principles of Pilates with the grounding energy of yoga. Students can expect 35 minutes of mat Pilates lead by Sarah, followed by a 40 minute Vinyasa flow lead by Julie. Class will be set to an upbeat pop music playlist, and is intended to leave students feeling strong, steady, and energized.
