Month Focus: The Nervous System

During this month’s community classes mentees will be encouraged to add in ball rolling to their classes!

Weekend Workshop: 11/18-20

We are so excited to have Alyssa Prettyman joining us! She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to yoga, ball rolling & the nervous system. You will leave this weekend feeling ready to incorporate ball rolling into your all levels classes or maybe even create your own special offering with your new knowledge.

Ball rolling or self massage (among other things) is a quick way to tap into your nervous system and gives you pretty immediate feedback. It’s a great way to explore how the autonomic nervous system works and what you need to really know about when teaching yoga to create a well rounded experience for people.
