Micol Piccoli
Born and raised in Italy, me and my Italian accent bring passion and energy to my classes.
I started my yoga journey in 2010, probably like many of you, simply going along with a friend to a class. It all started there and since then I have never left!
In 2020 I took my 200 HRS Teacher Training diploma at YogaWorks in Watertown MA with Renèe LeBlanc and started teaching right away.
I am, and always will be, a student, loving and appreciating the journey I am in and sharing it with my students.
I have the privilege of studying with amazing teachers such as Renee LeBlanc, Brock and Christa Kahill, Patrick Beach and I am always curious and willing to deepen my practice.
I love arm balances and inversions, as they show you how strong your body is and they teach you that you can look at things from a different perspective.
My classes consist of powerful and challenging Vinyasa flows, focused on alignment, strength and breath. I guide my students into challenging postures with ease, making them hold positions focusing on their breath and building strength. I encourage students to come to the mat, forget about what’s waiting for them outside, and focus on themselves, their bodies, their mind and their breath.
My motto is "be in the moment and be grateful for the power of your body, mind and soul.
