Jennifer Murray
Jen is a wealth of knowledge, passionate to bring people together, so they feel taken care of, especially through smart, functional and fun movement. She is inspired by the strength of the physical body, the resilience of the spirit, and the deep power of connection in community and family.
She completed her 200 hour with Prana Power Yoga and went on to teach hundreds of hours of group classes. She later continued on to do her 300 hour at the Sacred Seeds School of Yoga under the guidance of Jacqui Bonwell. She has also worked extensively with Johnny Gillespie and is Balanced Athlete certified and an instructor of Balanced Athlete classes. Jen has extensive knowledge of the body and how it performs in yoga, and she brings stability, strength and safety to all her classes and teachings.
