Ginny Caples

I found yoga in 2006 and I was HOOKED! I am happiest when I am on my mat, wherever,

whenever! I LOVE to guide others through their “personal” practice. For me, yoga is about the

balance between strength and flexibility, drawing in and letting go, effort and ease! My classes are

never the same twice (because, I can’t remember what I did yesterday?) and I aim to encourage a

sense of discovery and acceptance through a modifiable Vinyasa-style practice for all. Join me for a
