This workshop is a collaboration with our favorite local running store Marathon Sports. It is designed to help runners recover after a marathon. Through a combination of gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques, we will work to restore balance to the body, allowing the muscles to relax and the body to repair itself. We will focus on postures that lengthen the muscles and release tension while cultivating deep relaxation. The workshop will also include guided meditations, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to aid in the recovery process. This workshop is suitable for runners of all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Come ready to relax, restore, and renew your body, mind, and spirit.
