Now is time to dig deep and use your time to create new habits that can sustain you through all that you are facing in this ever changing time. We have concrete tools that we have been working with as together a community over the past year.
Join Lorraine, Jillian and the LPY Team for our Community Focused Challenge designed to create balance and stability.
We are going to work with a concrete practice of daily gratitude to help train your brain. This group will work with strategies that have been researched and shown to create a connection to happiness during times of turmoil and stress.
The Challenge will be full of real tools that can be used to create stronger bodies and healthier minds. We promise to make it genuine and powerful with lasting results.
What you can expect when you commit to 28 days:
AT LEAST ONE Weekly ZOOM 30-minute group meeting
Fridays 4:30-5pm
Recommended reading (articles and books)
Recommended podcasts (keep positive words flowing at you)
Daily practices that can be journal exercises that can be done in as little as 5 minutes (can include your family!)
Closed Facebook group to share experiences with other participants and to get support and encouragement (it’s not always easy to create new habits)
Each ZOOM session will start with a check in/discussion and include a practice with one of our focused topics.
Topics of discussion will include meditation, pranayama (breathwork), visualization and journaling tools all aimed at building skills towards living a meaningful and grateful life.
We don't have the answers in this situation but we can find comfort and solace in the coming together through genuine and honest connect. Bring what you feel and give yourself some space for things to shift.
