Breath work is a powerful and quick way to alter your mood. Behind every great athlete, actor, singer, public speaker there is a coach teaching them how to harness their breath to make their performance better. What about us!? The householders, the do-it-yourselfers, the life-livers? These techniques can help us perform better at work, show up more fully for our family, get more creative and productive. We can learn how to amp up our energy and focus or relax and relieve chronic stress.
During this workshop we will learn why breath works to change your emotional and physiological states. We get to know our nervous system and how it works. Want a shot of happy hormones (dopamine)? We can use breath to get you there.
