Pop up YIN Class THIS FRIDAY, 12/9 6:30-8pm
Join Allison Derrico and Jen Murray for a grounding Yin Yoga Practice that is and ideal way to enhance and balance out everything that you do to stay strong and healthy. Yin is a deliberate practice with a series of postures held for a specific amount of time with support to allow your body to settle in and feel safe. It has the potential to work with the connective tissue in you body to help keep your ligaments, joints and fascia healthy and strong. Yin helps to promote mindfulness, awareness and flexibility. This class will be both mellow and challenging. To top it off, we will finish with a singing bowl savasana. You're invited. Friday December 9th 6:30-8pm Lexington Studio.
