Join us for this specialty offering and bring your (pre-crawling) baby too! A low-impact, barre-inspired workout to build strength and mobility. The class uses light weights and micro movements to ease back into a fitness routine during the postpartum period. The class structure is flexible and casual, allowing clients to care for the baby as needed while also caring for themselves.
