Hot Barre Sculpt. This 75-minute class incorporates classic LPY barre with added cardio and sculpt sequences. Students can expect familiar lower impact movements, light weights, music, a little extra stretching and the room heated to 85 degrees. This class is intended to make students feel strong and supported while still having fun!”
