New Year GOAL SETTING with INTENTION and MINDFULNESS w/Jillian
It's a new year, begin it with intention!

Keeping a studio alive, launching livestream classes, continuing to perfect our online offerings, teaching online for the first time, and reopening a studio in a pandemic took GOALS. My body and brain thrive off of goal setting. Did you know that you get a hit of dopamine every time you check a goal off your list? Your brain is designed to crave reward and goals can do that for us. Setting goals is a very important part of my ability to stay productive and on track. It also helps remind me of the importance of the course even when it’s thrown such a huge curve ball like 2020.
I’ll share with you my process for goal setting for my business and family and we will work together to get bringing dreams to life. There really is a process that comes with goal setting and an actual science behind what makes certain goals attainable.
In this workshop we will:
Do some movement and breath work to get us focused and alert
Learn a bit about why goal setting and reward based activities can help our nervous system thrive
Take some time to dream up/discuss/create goals for 2021 and then how we can make them actionable.
