Friday Night @ LPY- Prayers for Charlotte Benefit Class with Joanne Carlisle

Please consider joining Joanne Carlisle for a donation based class on March 30th @7:30 benefiting Prayers for Charlotte, a 100% volunteer organization that works to raise funds for neuroblastoma research and relief for families fighting pediatric cancer. Close friends with Charlotte's mom, Patrice, Joanne hopes this 75 minute class will bring our compassionate, generous, and kind community together to support those who need us the most. This class will provide opportunities to open the heart, to connect to others and move in a way that reminds us that we are all a part of something bigger. Our sense of community, our ability to be there for each other, and our love for ourselves and those around us will be celebrated.

The horror of cancer has touched each of us. Cancer is devastating regardless of age but neuroblastoma, an especially aggressive form of cancer, is particularly heartbreaking as it occurs most often in infants and very young children.

Charlotte was one of those children. Charlotte Rose Kelly was diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma at the age of two. She endured aggressive treatments for two and a half years. Charlotte was brave and stoic through her darkest days and courageously fought until her body could take no more, passing on December 7, 2011. Charlotte loved singing chipmunks, markers and stickers, ballet slippers, and books. Charlotte Rose Kelly was Love.

Suggested Donation: $25 cash/check please

*No passes or groupons can be accepted for this class. Thank you.
