Flip your perspective, build strength, courage, and self-confidence. Often students rely on shoulders, grit, and unnecessary force when learning how to move in and out of inversions and arm balances, when what is really needed is an intelligent warm-up and some specific alignment and technical tweaks. We’ll address some common fears, go over some of the most common mistakes, and tackle preparatory poses, proper set-up and learn how to balance on arms and go upside down safely.
