Family Yoga (ages 3-6) -1 hour w/ Kimberly Fife
Learn the basics of yoga to calm the body and clear the mind, all while bonding and having fun with your little one. Class includes beginner Pranayama breathing techniques, warm up stretches, Asana (poses), creative movement, and a short closing mediation. This engaging workshop incorporates movement and mindfulness games, songs, and partner yoga with your child! There will be an emphasis on ways to calm down and relax when we feel angry of scared; being kind to ourselves and people around us, and creativity! Learning mindful awareness at an early age can help reduce stress and anxiety for your child and you!
