Accessibility, Diversity and Inclusion

They are big topics - especially in the yoga & wellness industries. How can we make our classes more welcoming and accessible from a physical, mental & energetic standpoint.

LPY has been working on accessibility from a physical practice standpoint for years. Working with Alexandria Crow for 5 years has revolutionized the way we think about physical postures and their sometimes limiting forms. Our work to make vinyasa more sustainable and functional from a physical standpoint also leads us to investigate using our words wisely and digging more into how we can look at our own studio and industry as a whole from the standpoint of financial, race and gender accessibility.

Join us as we continue to navigate the waters of change with open ears and hearts.
